Welcome to the website of the Catholic parish of St Dunstan’s and St Jude’s serving the Kings Heath and Maypole areas of Birmingham. Here you’ll find Mass and Confession times, copies of the weekly Bulletin, parish history and details of our schools. Activities cover liturgical and spiritual life,  work in the local and wider community and adult education. They  include, among much else, information on becoming a Catholic (ABC), Youth organisations and Justice and Peace activities.

                                                                SOME  PARISH ACTIVITIES


Refreshments: In the Conference Room after the 10am Mass today.

Bingo: Every Sunday in the Parish Hall at 8pm.

4th September: Prayer Group - Sunday at 7.45pm in the Conference Room. All welcome to come for praise, worship and prayer.


6 September: Baptism meeting for parents wishing to have a child baptised will be held in the Conference Room, after evening Mass.


6 September: Pilgrimage to Walsingham.


10 September: After the 11 am Mass  the Parish Social will be held  in the Conference Room. There will be an illustrated talk by Ray Bielby on the History of Christianity Part 3. Bring and share sandwiches.


15 September: ABC: About Being Catholic course (formerly RCIA) starts on Thursday 15 September 2016 7.45pm in St. Dunstan’s Church Conference Room.


                                                          

                                                                         

                                                   

                                               DATES FOR EVENTS OUTSIDE THE PARISH


 

7 September: 7.30pm - 8.30pm. At the monthly meeting of the Newman Association Birmingham Circle there will be a  talk about ‘Evangelisation and Youth’ by Mgr Mark Crisp at the Catholic Chaplaincy, 29 Harrison Road, Edgbaston, B15 3QR . 24 September, 10.00am - 12.30pm :  meeting at Carrs Lane Church, Birmingham City Centre for anybody interested to find out more about the international Taize event in April/May next year.
